After six agonizing months apart, Elahe is finally allowed to visit her political prisoner husband. She and her little daughter, Tara, have just one day to prepare for this precious meeting. Which the pair lovingly spend getting a photograph taken as a keepsake for their indentured husband and father. But things soon take a dispiriting turn in this sensitive and deeply personal short about prisoners’ rights and the effect incarceration can have on families and young children.


بعد ستة أشهر مؤلمة من الانتظار، يُسمح لإلاهي بزيارة زوجها السّجين السّياسيّ، ويكون لديها يوم واحد فحسب لتجهز نفسها وابنتها لهذا اللّقاء الغالي، فتقرّر الأم وابنتها قضاء هذا اليوم في التقاط الصّورة الأمثل لتبقى ذكرى مع الزّوج والأب السّجين، ولكن سرعان ما تنقلب الأمور ويحدث مالم يكن متوقّعًا

يُقدّم "الزّيارة" قصّة قصيرة مؤثّرة عميقة عن حقوق المساجين وآثار السّجن على العائلات والأطفال الصّغار
